Pinta Barrel - Seed

Wild ale fermented with a proprietary strain of yeast and bacteria. At Seed, we decided to cold hop a wild ale for the first time. A few days before bottling, we added Talus hops, which brought citrus and floral accents to the beer's flavor and aroma.
