Beer description
A wild ale fermented with a proprietary blend of yeast and bacteria. Aged for eighteen months in oak wine barrels, the beer spent five months in the company of freshly picked Polish blackcurrants before bottling. The aroma and flavor are rich in fruit, interwoven with notes of funky flavors and forest fruit, all culminating in a clean, tart-sour finish.
