The first beer from the edition of top-fermented specials. This is American Pale Ale (APA) - a light, top-fermented beer, hopped exclusively in American hops. In this case, Columbus and Citra, which are proven and very popular varieties among brewers. While Columbus gives the beer the necessary spicy bitterness, Citra is reflected in the taste of lime, mango, grapefruit with a hint of tropical fruit. The gradation was chosen at the upper limit of the interval typical for this style, namely 13% EPM. Bitterness, then medium intensity
