Description
Pivovar Květnice are a small, family brewery located at the their of the Vysočina region, in Předklášteří. The beer production itself is located in nearby Tišnov, in the building of the former sauna, close to the summer cinema. Enchanted by the beauty of the local landscape, they decided not to name their mini-brewery after the place of residence or business, but down the hill (with a narrow eye, say the mountain), representing the dominant element in this landscape, Květnice (although they brew beer under another hill, Klucanina). The name Květnice is really given only with this landscape element with Hotel Květnice they have no connection. Pivovar Květnice would also like to point out that there are currently 2 mini-breweries in Tišnov. The next one is Tišnovské pivo and it is again an independent entity with which we have no connection. Over time, the beer spa is to be added, which will be the third mini-brewery in one city.
