Pivovar Květnice Nelson Sauvin Single Hop Ale

Nelson Sauvin is a triploid hop variety approved since 2000 with a very specific aromatic profile in gooseberries, which is similar to the French wine Sauvignon Blanc. It is a variety so aromatic that no industrial brewery has yet found its use. However, it didn't take long for craft brewers to fall in love with this unusual variety. We did not manage to secure this hop for a long time because it was sold out by suppliers, however, in the end we succeeded, so you can taste it in the next sequel to our series Single Hop Ale.
