Pivovar Lajka - Bělka

Bělka is our bottom-fermented lager. Straw-pale, balanced in taste between light malt and hop flavors, in aroma noticeably hopped by selected German hop varieties, which give it a distinct floral and slightly spicy and even fruity aroma. The beer is named after a bitch who spent the day in orbit with the Sagittarius, rabbit, mice, rats, flies, plants and fungi in 1960. Unlike poor Lika, the crew returned to the ground alive. Malts: Pilsner bio, wheat bio, sour bio Hops: Pearl, Hersbrucker, Hallertau Mittlefrüh, Hallertau Blanc All hops are grown in Germany under the integrated agricultural production regime.
