Beer description
Strong, dark amber lager, deeply fermented, full of two months before being rolled into the barrels. The malt component has the character of molasses biscuits, nuts and dark dried fruits.
Malts: pale but bio, Munich bio, melanoid bio, special W, caramunich bio, carared bio, carafa III
Hops: Magnum, Hersbrucker, Celeia
The first two hops are grown in Germany under the integrated agricultural production regime. The third comes from Slovenian conventional hop growing.
