Polly's - All Sure Things

We might be heading toward the end of the festival season for the year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t drop a silly festival beer into our brew plans to celebrate another season around the sun. Our TIPA game has been ever evolving here at Polly’s since that first brew of DDH Spur back in 2020 and we’re back once again with our latest step into this incredibly complex and intense evolution of the IPA style. All Sure Things takes two hop varieties that have interwoven themselves throughout our history in Citra and Galaxy and amplifies them up to eleven, with a dry hop charge touching 30g/l of flavour. Expect to find bombastic levels of fresh cut citrus fruits, and insane amounts of tropical fruits positively bursting at the seams from this all in, maxed out beer not for the faint of heart.
