Polly's - Cryo Victors

Polly is all about the shattered pale beers. Beers with a maximum taste profile but reasonable strengths. Cryo Victors came about when we were lucky enough to meet Cryo Simcoe and Cryo Citra in our hop contract. We were already very aware of how well these two hops work together and decided to get the maximum taste out of these two incredible varieties that we could achieve with 15 kg in dry hops. this corresponds to 30 kg of our usual pellet hops for a tropical explosion of a pale beer.
