Polly's - Ekuanot DDH India Pale Ale

It's December, so we wanted to have some fun in the brewery. After a brief comment from one of the brewery's parents that "every hop tastes flowery and fragrant", we decided to do a little experiment - what if we brewed exactly the same beer; the same malt bill, the same water profile, the same hop rate, the same ABV and the same harvest year, but with a different single hop on every beer? The result is our twin project "Original Range". Ekuanot is the dominant player here, with a multitude of complex herbal, sage and eucalyptus notes from this new school king.
