Polly's - Fallow Plans DIPA

We're all eager to improve our game with the Augment series. Continuous development of techniques and improvement of our results with each publication. Fallow Plans is the next step in this direction as we have improved our DIPA game once again. Fallow Plans was named after a point in our Brain Plans when we were planning our last round of beer in May. Team Polly's is working hard to improve the hop and malt bill for a DIPA that has been raised to eleven with generous lashes from Columbus, El. Dorado, Simcoe and Mosaic. With a plethora of tropical and sticky sticky hops, this is where we want to have our big beers.
