Raspberry and Vanilla Porter. It's this time of year again; There is a cold in the air, the nights arrive earlier and the fires blaze. It's dark beer season man! We wanted to make a decadent dark beer that's perfect for those colder evenings, and now that Lally is steering the ship, we wanted to give our usual stout put a little twist. Adding a generous amount of raspberry gives this stout a tartness before it is rewound by the vanilla addition to complement the coffee and chocolate notes of the roasted barley. Decadent.
