Polly's - Diverse Shifts

We’re always asked what makes our beers so uniquely Polly’s here at HQ, and without a doubt it’s our confidence in honouring the breweries of yesteryear that built the foundations on which we stand today. Diverse Shifts is a three-hop showcase of varieties that span across different generations of brewing; Centennial representing the founding fathers of the modern craft brewing boom, Citra showcases the bridge between the formative years and exploration into new, modern techniques, whilst HBC-1019 is very firmly rooted in the modern day – an experimental variety deliberately cultivated to accentuate fruit-forward flavours. A hop-bomb of an IPA, positively dripping with bold and bright citrus notes, with softer notes of peaches, coconut cream, caramelised banana, and passionfruit.
