Citra and Mosaic are in their opinion a pretty Champions League hop combination. One that has accompanied them from the humble beginnings of the brewery to this day - they have even named their brewery dog after it. How can you improve a hop combination from the Champions League even further? Simply by creating a three-way dance with American hop varieties and adding a touch of Idaho 7 to the mix. Idaho 7 is a hop variety that, in their opinion, is not used enough, and brings super sticky jammy notes together with a touch of herbal complexity to the already very juicy punch bowl with tropical, juicy notes from this world-class base pairing. All wrapped up in a big warm hug of our custom LA3 yeast strain, this beer is mega hazy, mega juicy, and mega Polly's.
