Polly's - Fleeting Feelings

We’ve a theory here in this brewery. We’re pretty dead set on the idea that there’s probably no better three-way combo for creating one of those high-juice, low-bitterness hop bombs we’re so accustomed to making than El Dorado, Citra, and Talus. When used with juuuust the right amount of balance, these three stateside smashers bring incredible pineapple, mango and juicy tangerine notes of El Dorado play perfectly off the fresh cut citrus fruits from Citra. Wanting to take that combination to the next level though, we’ve turned Flurry Foam into a three way dance with the addition of Talus to proceedings. Not quite as in your face as Sabro, this descendant varietal still brings those subtle coconut cream notes, but with more mellow overt notes of pink grapefruit and herbal complexity that makes this banging Pale ale absolutely pop.
