Polly's - Flora, Fauna, Air And Water

A cult classic from 2021 makes a roaring return! Our staff designed beers of three years ago were very much all bets off, no style sacred, and no corners cut; Flora, Fauna, Air & Water is our now head brewer Joe’s absolutely huge tribute to the triple-fruited gose style perfected by our pals North Brewing and his passion for everything to do with the technical side of brewing. Choosing to use Sloe berries, sour Cherries, and blackberries in his beer, along with some of that Halen Mon sea salt that keeps finding its way into our beers as an homage to our homeland, this beer is touching smoothie levels of thickness; with blackberries bringing tartiness to the party, before some intense plum sweetness joins from the sloe berries, before rounding off with some subtle sourness with the old Polly’s dependable, sour Cherry.
