Polly's - Ghost Voices

Our formative years at Polly’s were characterised by an infamous “brew once and never again” policy, largely due to the limitations of our then brew kit. We’re now all about solidifying our status in 2025 amongst our peers, drinkers and fans by revisiting the beers they yearn for us to rebrew to apply all the techniques we’ve learned and continue to learn in our short existence. Ghost Voices was a certified revolution when we first brewed it in 2020, and the updated version is taking things to the next level. A single hop Simcoe DIPA, expect tangerines and candied oranges on the nose, follow up with a full, thick, pulpy mouthfeel; bursting with all those incredible passionfruit, mango and berry flavours, whilst retaining just a little bit of earthy bitterness to keep everything in line.
