Polly's - Hop Wave

When you’re taking a tour of the West Coast, you’ve gotta hit the California Highway, baby! The epicentre of the craft beer movement as we know it, the beers that became the cornerstones of what we know today were brewed in the Golden State and as is our tendency to do, especially when we’re in the peak of the summer, we wanted to pay homage to those incredible beers and breweries through Hop Wave Beach. With one foot placed in the old school camp with a gentle addition of Chinook and Columbus, this beer sets out its table with a bright and punchy bitterness to lay the groundwork, before an addition of Citra and Mosaic brings soft fruit forward flavours for maximum drinkability. Clean fermented out with US05 yeast and with just a touch of haze, this is a beer brewed very much with the sunshine in mind.
