Employing a superstar three way lineup of the freshest El Dorado, Simcoe and Mosaic we could get our hands on, this beer is positively bursting with a metric tonne of pineapple, stone fruit, watermelon, mango and just a hint of bubblegum sweetness to boot. Offset by a smaller than usual addition of both El Dorado and Mosaic in the whirlpool at 2 and 5kg respectively, this beer maintains a whisper of bitterness to keep everything in check and balanced.
