The brewery has now embraced their status as a modern hazy brewery - it is simply ingrained in them to create the freshest, juiciest beers possible, and when developing Hue Creator, they had only one thing in mind: the kind of tropical juice you would drink on vacation with a little umbrella in a piece of pineapple in the glass. To amp up the citrus notes, they gave this beer a hefty whip with Amarillo, bringing out all kinds of bright, bold orange flavor profiles, supported by an even stronger addition of their in-house favorite Sabro to complete the Piña Colada vibe. With the classic Polly's IPA strength, it's drinkable enough to have a few glasses without falling over - it's everything they love about modern IPAs in one beer. The brewery is grabbing the air mattress and heading to the pool?
Das Bier zeigt sich leicht bräunlich mit einer fingerbreiten Schaumkrone im Glas. Der Geruch ist fein fruchtig, der Antrunk ebenfalls. Dann folgt eine erhebliche Bittere.
