Given that our last overseas collaboration before Covid struck was with our pals at Big Mountain, it only made sense that the first one back after the worst of Covid had scaled back would be with our French pals once again! With the original being a surefire cult favourite, we wanted to create a beer with everything that made the first version great, but elevated again to the next level. Now that we've been utilising Sabro for well over three years, we feel we're finely tuned to all the quirks and idiosyncrasies of this incredible stateside slammer. A whole host of creamy coconut, pineapple and lime notes join the party here before the original US titan and in-house favourite Simcoe brings citrus, passionfruit and apricot notes a-plenty.
