Polly's - Pineapple Krush

This flavor profile runs through almost all of our beers here at Polly's - from the most experienced craft beer fans to those trying craft beer for the first time: Pineapple has always been a clear identifying feature of the fruit-forward character of the hops we use in our beers. As we were developing our latest brewing plans, we thought: Why not consciously focus on this flavor profile and use hops where pineapple stands out as a dominant flavor profile, and underscore it with the wonderful "Pineapple Abstrax" from Skyfarm Hops that Beak allowed us to use when we released our anniversary beers earlier this year? The result is "Pineapple Krush!" - a powerful, yet extremely drinkable IPA, hopped with Bru-1 and Krush and then refined in the maturation process with Abstrax. Get ready for freshly cut pineapple, pineapple cubes, pineapple? Pineapple.
