Polly's - Strange Overtones

For us, the most beautiful thing about modern brewing is the constant variety of trends and styles. The Mountain IPA is a style that really excites us, ever since we came across it in 2020 at the "Friends, Family & Beer" event, where we met the pioneers of this style, Odell Brewing. It was specially designed to highlight the crisp and clear refreshment of a West Coast IPA, combined with the low bitterness and juicy hop blend of a New England IPA. We love the fusion of the best characteristics of both styles into a powerful beer that lies somewhere in between. With whirlpool additions of the US classics Mosaic and Citra, as well as dry-hop additions of New Zealand giants Nelson Sauvin, Nectar, and Riwaka, this beer has all the juicy notes of a classic Polly's beer, but also has a clean and crisp finish on top.
