Polly's - Strip and Drift

Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, flirting with thin, but smooth. Semi dry with decent fine carbonation. Light smooth malts, fairly dry and with a thinnish dry creamy sweetness. Piney citric hops, mostly a spicy and somewhat sharp peel that dissolves away in to an abrupt, dry and flaccid finish.
