Polly's - Sunspray

Summer is a vibe for sure – a time of year for venturing away to far off climes, creating and enjoying experiences with those close to us, and sharing those moments together underneath the glow of that summer sunshine. We wanted to create a beer here at HQ that had all the hallmarks of capturing sunshine in a glass but with that familiar nostalgia that makes us think fondly of summers past. Sunspray is exactly this and then some – a whisper of old school C hop grassiness in Centennial opens the floodgates to a burst of fresh cut citrus fruits thanks to a generous addition of in-house Polly’s favourite Citra, before a final flourish of fruit-forward mango, pineapple cube, and jelly tot notes join the party from another stalwart here at the brewery in El Dorado. A beer that captures all those familiar memories of yesteryear whilst remaining positively modern, cheers!
