A generous addition of Mosaic in the whirlpool gives this beer a gentle but distinct earthy bitterness, while the dry hop additions of 5 kg each of Bru-1 and Mosaic, along with a hefty 20 kg of Citra, bring sweet, mandarin-like and intense pineapple notes with a subtle citrus bitterness to complement the whirlpool addition.
