Alder Beer - Polo Turbo

POLO TURBO - American IPA 7.2% Our latest collaboration with @crakbrewery resulted in this American IPA brewed with English base malt, German speciality malts and the addition of oat and wheat malt. We used a yeast from the Anglo-Saxon tradition to give it an enveloping mouthfeel. For the hopping we chose a mix of the best varieties: Strata, Galaxy, Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo.
