Beer description
At the end of the 1990s in an Italian brewery: a brewer adds additional hops to his almost finished beer (dry-hopping). This creates a new sub-style for "Pilsner", in which malty and hoppy flavour components are in a new ratio. This can also be felt in this beer, which has generous fruity notes of ripe fruit and dried apricots, with the grain only playing a role in the background. On the palate, the beer is pleasantly full-bodied and finishes with flavourful, elegant greenish hop notes.
