Beer description
Same time at the end of the 1990s, but at the other end of the world: in New Zealand, a brewery replaces the hop varieties commonly used for a Pilsner with New Zealand varieties. The growing popularity of these aromatic hop varieties contributes to the interest shown in this new style. Chris expresses the New Zealand hops with greenish and grassy notes that characterise this beer. Light cereal notes and a delicate hint of fruit and honey complete the flavour.
