IPA = IPA? It's not that simple :-) India Pale Ales are a large family with many relatives. There are classic IPAs, modern versions and regional creations that have found their way into breweries in other regions. The development continues thanks to the exchange between breweries and hop and yeast producers, who are enthusiastic about the new demand. The second Hazy IPA from this series of beers from Chris has a completely different character. It is very fruity with hints of ripe papaya and some vanilla. On the palate it is delicious with a round, smooth texture.
