Fermentation
Beer description
In modern (India) pale ales, hops are a central ingredient and are added several times at different times. One technique is dry hopping (cold hopping) when the beer is in the fermentation tank. The aim is to extract the maximum amount of aromatic hop components and enhance the aroma and flavour of the beer. For this beer, Chris combined different hop varieties and carried out the dry hopping to create an aromatic beer with a lot of tension on the palate. On the nose there are notes of red berries/blueberries, green pineapple and resin. The beer is straightforward and dry with a hop-accentuated finish.
Hops
Amarillo aromatic hop, Citra - HBC 394 aromatic hop, Mosaic - HBC 369 aromatic hop, Simcoe, Mosaic Cryo
