Beer description
The brewery is located directly below our beer bar in Bussigny, true to the concept of traditional cellar beer from Germany, brewed in the cellar of the inn and served unfiltered and very fresh. This beer style can be interpreted in different ways, Chris adds oats for a bit more body on the palate. A beer with high drinkability, with citrus fruit notes and a classic spicy-green hop flavor.
