Beer description
A collaboration between Chris and Jorick Dorignac. Brewer and chef who share a fascination for the transformation process of ingredients. This beer was created in several stages, including the transformation of rice with the help of koji, as is known from sake and amazake. In the nose, the beer shows a sweet-floral aroma with sake-like fruity notes. On the palate, it is round, smooth, and elegant.
