Raschhofer - Innviertler Hell

The color of this Innviertel beer is really a pleasure - an appealing golden yellow with a fine, slightly creamy crown fills the glass. Slightly sweet honey notes on the nose, but otherwise rather inconspicuous. A pleasant malt sweetness starts the drink with removed hop aromas in the background. Very light salty notes mix into the taste impression - overall, however, apart from grassy herbal notes, the beer remains in the malty, sweet range. Just light carbonation and a moderate body. The aftertaste makes some space for the hops and this can still prevail with its bitterness at the end together with an acid that also sets in. Solid performance without surprise.
