Description

The Raschhofer brewery was first mentioned in 1645 and has been family-owned since 1777. All types of beer are brewed in the full-walled copper brewhouse with direct firing. Open fermentation vats and horizontal storage tanks are further cornerstones of a classic brewing method. With the “Innviertler Brauturm”, a visitor center of a different kind has been open since 2018: in the middle of the living brewery, guests are brought closer to the “Spirit of Raschhofer”.
