Weissbierbock with a 2nd fermentation with Campagne yeast. Bottle fermentation gives the Edelbock from the Ried brewery its particularly fine bubbles, which give it its uniquely noble character. The finest French sparkling wine yeast and bottle fermentation give Rieder Edelbock its particularly delicate carbonation.
