Description

The origins of brewing activity in Ried, Austria, can be traced back to the year 1536. More than 100 years ago, the quality of beers in the city was reportedly so poor that the Ried innkeepers joined forces, formed a cooperative, and took over the brewery. Today, the Ried brewery produces around 20 top-fermented and bottom-fermented beer types. The range includes not only classic Austrian beer styles but also specialties such as honey beer, India Pale Ale, and wheat bock.
