Rieder - India Pale Ale

This masterly, naturally cloudy but beautifully rich amber-colored beer offers a dignified look with its fine, white and creamy foam. The nose is immediately very fruity with peach, orange, citrus and passion fruit. Not quite as bitter as one would expect from an IPA, it starts in the Antrunk. Still very fruity with more sweetish malting notes and sparkling carbon dioxide. The bitterness of the hop can slowly build up a bit more in the middle part of the otherwise very tasty and recent beer. A beautiful body convinces as well as a very harmonious mouthfeel. In the aftermath, pineapple notes appear on the palate, which keeps the now stronger bitterness finely fruity in the bridle.
