Beer description

On this opaque natural cloudy beer with a rich amber stands a strong medium pore crown. Aromatically, the nose is immediately captivated by the nutty aromas of pumpkin seeds and notes of tropical fruits - primarily mango, which harmonize unexpectedly perfectly with each other. The Antrunk designed a strong caramel sweet without the nutty notes would be displaced. Add to that a vanilla-like undertone. A fine, slightly creamy carbon dioxide, which enhances the "nutritiousness" of the pumpkin seeds in the middle section, causes mousse on the tongue and palate. In the aftermath, hop aromas develop, which perfectly support the nutty notes with their bitterness. The fruitiness is in the aftermath only very discreetly available. From the pumpkin seeds oil is pressed. Pumpkin seed oil is one of the oils that are roasted before pressing to develop the well-known nutty taste of the oil. The Rieder pumpkin seed beer is brewed from four different cereals and of course the pumpkin seeds.

Bier mit Kürbiskernen gebraut. Sehr nussig, glatt. Milder Geschmack von Kürbiskernen. Bitter. Würde es im Sommer nicht mögen, passt aber gut zum Herbst.

Ganz eigener Geschmack. Kein alltägliches Bier Ich finde man schmeckt den Kürbis heraus.
