Alder - Rockfiel 2nd Anniversary

Special version of Rockfield brewed on the occasion of our second birthday. Unlike the original version it is brewed with a good English malt pate to enhance the malty component. The hops used are still Mosaic and Citra, but are used in the classic T90 version as well as the innovative cold concentrated versions Lupomax and Cryo. Golden in colour, with a soft, herbaceous almost balsamic bitterness, it has intense notes of yellow fruit, citrus and white peach.
