Polly's - Slow Veer

Whilst we love the simplicity of working with a two or three hop combination on our beers, every now and again it gives us a great amount of joy to completely let the shackles off and experiment on multi-layered hop combinations here at Polly’s, and Slow Veer is our brewers allowing the hop bill to run away with their imaginations to create a certified hop soup. A hot side addition of Vic Secret and Ekuanot bring a gentle herbal bitterness to the party to lay our foundations, before a cold side standoff between the trio of Simcoe, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin bring those fruit forward flavours that make our beers so characteristically Polly’s. Expect to find a metric tonne of sweet juicy clementines, peach and apricot, as well as those unmistakeable grape and gooseberry Nelson notes in this incredible pale ale.
