The Zwingli beer is brewed in honor of Huldrych Zwingli, after old tradition, a home-style beer. In the style of the Zwingli beer is a Urweizen with 4 cereals, including the old varieties Emmer and spelled. In taste, the Zwingli beer corresponds to a beer "from before": reddish brown in color, naturally cloudy, dry and with a subtle sourdough bread note. A special treat is the Zwingli beer from the Steinkrug.
