Beer description

Pilsner, wheat and pale specialty malts provide the straw-yellow color and the slender body. Warm fermentation of top-fermented ale yeast creates the opulent foam and dry drink. Cold hopping with special aroma hops produces an aroma of lemon, grapefruit and melon and a strong tartness.
