Störtebeker Braumanufaktur GmbH has been a medium-sized brewery in Stralsund since 1827. Until the end of 2011, the brewery operated under the name Stralsunder Brauerei GmbH. The main products are various types of beer under the “Störtebeker” brand. The brewery is a member of Die Freie Brauer. In 2016, 180,000 hectoliters of Störtebeker brewing specialties were bottled and sold, and in 2019 it will be 300,000 hl.
