Beer description
Nordisch-Hell is a bottom-fermented lager with an original gravity of 10.7%. Carefully kilned Pilsener brewing malts create the light golden color and soft character. Cold fermentation provides the refreshing drink and the fine bubbles of carbon dioxide. Elegant hopping with the varieties Cascade, Select, Perle and Akoya lends a subtle citrus note.
