Beer description

Formerly: Mittsommer-Wit. The tangy, aromatic (Mitt)Sommer-Wit is a top-fermenting Belgian specialty brew made from certified organic raw materials. Wheat and oat flakes give the beer its light, creamy mouthfeel and full body. Overseas spices and the warm fermentation ensure fruity-spicy aromas of coriander and pepper as well as the summery sparkling carbon dioxide. And the mild hops underline the fruit and spice notes. The Störtebeker (Mitt)Sommer-Wit with its light body and exotic, spicy aroma is the ideal accompaniment to salads, grilled and spicy dishes.

Sehr schlank! Im antrunk recht süss und spritzig. Leichte honigaromen. Im abgang dann minimal koriander und orangeat wahrnehmbar. Nette Wit abwandlung, da geht aber mehr !
