Störtebeker - Baltik Lager

Baltik-Lager is a natural, bottom-fermented lager beer with an original gravity of 13.2% and an alcohol content of 5.5% vol. Enjoyment temperature 10°C. The Märzen beer style describes a stronger, full-bodied and drinkable lager. The name derives from the name of the month of March: Since in the past no beer was allowed to be brewed in the warm months from April 23rd to September 29th, the brewers developed a stronger beer that could be stored longer. This was brewed in March and could then be served over the summer. In addition to the strong malt body, light hop notes are characteristic of this style of beer.
