Beer description

Winning beer of the 7th German Hobby Brewers' Championship as a limited special brew from Störtebeker Braumanufaktur. The recipe comes from Johannes Landwehr from Pforzheim. Pale barley malts provide the straw-yellow color. Oat and wheat flakes give the beer its velvety mouthfeel and strong cloudiness. Warm fermentation with top-fermenting yeast produces the creamy head and lively carbonation. Exceptionally high hop dosages with the Callista and Nelson Sauvin varieties create intense aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and yellow stone fruit.
