Beer description

The Störtebeker Stark beer is a classic winter beer. Invigorating by 7.5% vol. Alcohol is the ideal accompaniment to roasts, game dishes and desserts. Moderate hopping with the variety Perle and Magnum supports the strong malt aromas with a fine tartness. Caramel, roasted and dark brew salts are brewed richly and ensure the deep black color, a creamy mouthfeel and create a powerful fragrance of dark chocolate and coffee.

Das trifft meinen Geschmack. Malzig, süß, Röstaromen, Kaffee, Schokolade...alles schön vollmundig bei einem weichen Mundgefühl und auch der Alkohol hält sich schön im Hintergrund.
