Beer description

The Störtebeker Stark beer is a classic winter beer. Invigorating by 7.5% vol. Alcohol is the ideal accompaniment to roasts, game dishes and desserts. Moderate hopping with the variety Perle and Magnum supports the strong malt aromas with a fine tartness. Caramel, roasted and dark brew salts are brewed richly and ensure the deep black color, a creamy mouthfeel and create a powerful fragrance of dark chocolate and coffee.
