Beer description

Unique collaboration brew between Störtebeker Braumanufaktur and Olde Mecklenburg Brewery from Charlotte (USA). Pale wheat malt provides the golden color and full body. Fermentation with top-fermenting yeast creates aromas of ripe banana and a hint of clove. The hop varieties Hallertauer Tradition and Mandarina Bavaria contribute to a delicate bitterness, while the US hop Sabro adds subtle citrus notes.

Natürtrüb, seifig. Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten und Banane. Schöne Süße und feine Bittere - etwas IPA artiges. Versteckt seine Stärke. Lecker aber auch kein echter Kracher.
