Beer description

Unique collaboration brew between Störtebeker Braumanufaktur and Olde Mecklenburg Brewery from Charlotte (USA). Pale wheat malt provides the golden color and full body. Fermentation with top-fermenting yeast creates aromas of ripe banana and a hint of clove. The hop varieties Hallertauer Tradition and Mandarina Bavaria contribute to a delicate bitterness, while the US hop Sabro adds subtle citrus notes.

Schöne orangetrübe Farbe. Schaum ok. Richt typisch nach Weizen. Geschmack sehr bitter und herb. Kein gutes Weizen

Schöne Farbe und schon beim Öffnen steigt einem die extreme Bananennote in die Nase. Etwas kräftiger als ein Weizenbier, aber auch nicht so kräftig wie ein Weizenbock.
